Aspiring Managers Group Coaching is a group of like-minded professionals who are working on their career goals together, facilitated by a career coach, Catherine Van Der Laan, who has a degree in neuropsychology and 8+ years of experience in career coaching.

Two Management Material Master Series Classes every month
Two 1-hour live, interactive Zoom discussion sessions
Currently, our discussion sessions are held on Tuesdays.

The Management Material Master Series Classes are recorded ahead of time and released on Mondays, twice a month. We're going through a revolving 12-month, 24-class vetted series to build you into the "obvious" choice for the next open manager position in your department. Each month's curriculum is self-contained, meaning that you can start NOW.
