We promise that you will get out of each coaching session what you put into it. If you subscribe to a monthly plan, you are responsible for scheduling your monthly session(s). If you do not schedule your sessions, you will still be charged. You may be eligible for a partial refund. If you are unable to schedule, please contact us prior to the end of the month and we will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests at our sole discretion.
