We discuss a range of topics in 1:1 Financial Coaching - all personalized to YOUR life and situation. As financial coaches, we regularly: - Create budgets and work through budgeting challenges - Work with you to figure out what's causing your money stress - Help you rewire your brain so you can stick to your budget - Coach through your money mindset growth areas - Talk through big spending decisions, like moves, house buying, insurance options, affording travel, affording maternity leave, timing your retirement, and budgeting with kids - Keep you on track to pay off their debt (if that's a goal) - Talk with spouses/partners about how they're approaching money together - Align your values to their spending - Empower you to get a better job if necessary and increase your income through very hands-on strategies - Meet regularly to make sure better spending habits stick - Refer to trusted, vetted financial professionals for investment, insurance, and tax advice As financial coaches, we do NOT: - Pick investments or tell you what to invest in - Create any financial investment, tax, or insurance plans beyond straightforward tables to show what saving more can do - Sell clients anything at all beyond coaching and education We don't tell our clients what to do. Instead, we give expanded options and provide space to think it through with a trusted and educated person. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Please give us at least 48 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule your session. Cancellations and no-shows less than 48 hours before your session will result in a $100 penalty and no refund on time. This applies to both consultations and member sessions.
