Service Description

This is a three-session package that guides you through negotiating your new job offer, a promotion offer, or a market adjustment to your salary. We guarantee that you'll at least make up the cost of this service (on an annual basis) or your money back. Please see the refund policy for details. Negotiating your salary can be difficult without guidance. Let us guide you through the steps, the emotions, and the actual words to use to land you a higher salary. In the first session, we get a lay of the land, talk through the negotiation steps, the emotions from your side and the hiring manager's side, and then your next steps. In the second session, we talk through your next steps, the exact actions to take and the words to use to get your best final offer. In the third session, we wrap up your negotiations and tie up any loose ends. Only a few negotiations will need a third session. Most people are THRILLED with their final offer after the second session. We're experts at negotiating salary offers. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Please give us at least 48 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule your session. Cancellations and no-shows less than 48 hours before your session will result in a $100 penalty and no refund on time. This applies to both consultations and member sessions.
